Attention Molina Health Plan members, effective June 1, 2010, our office will no longer participate with Molina Health Plan. Beginning May, 2010, you will be able to choose a Medicaid health plan that we do accept. However, you must make the change between May 1, 2010 and May 31, 2010. There are an overwhelming number of web sites dedicated to health issues on the World Wide Web. Some are great and some have almost no value or actually spread false information. Remember that NO ONE regulates the accuracy and truth of what is put up on the web and anyone can post almost anything without proof of its accuracy. Below are some sites that I think are valuable and, for the most part, give accurate information. The Patient's Guide to Healthcare Information on the Internet - Easy to use although hard on the eyes. This site assists users to find and utilize health services. It has a great search engine. Women's Health Interactive - As the title suggests this is a great site dedicated to women's health care. Baby Center - This site is very useful for both expectant parents as well as those who have children up to 8 years old.
