Our office is located at: 303 North Congress St (directly behind -- to the west of -- the hospital) Sheridan, Michigan 48884 Office Phone # is 989-291-3227 (Our phones are answered during office hours except for lunch from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM.) Office Fax Phone # is 989-291-5359 Regular hours at our office are: Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Friday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Please plan ahead and let us know at least two days in advance of prescription refills you might need. You can make those requests here at our website at Online Services. If you need emergency care when we are closed, please call or go to the out-patient clinic at Sheridan Community Hospital 989-291-3261 which is open 24 hours 7 days a week. | |||||||||||
